Fully Rely On Frog

Okay, seriously? God manifests Himself in the guise of a cheapass bendable plastic frog made in China by 12 year old sweatshop workers? And their matching prayer and pocket cards and stickers and bookmarks? Do people even READ the Bible?

I think they're supposed to remind us of the plague of frogs that God sent the Egyptians. See, Moses "fully relied on God" to free him and the Israelites. Get it? See the connection? See it? Oh, come ON, it's so OBVIOUS! Bendy frogs = rely on God! Look, it was either that or the "Turn Water Into Blood" chemistry set!

Actually a close reading (of the Old Testament particularly) reveals some crazy shit far stranger than bendy frogs.

I wonder if this counts as a graven image, though... oops?

Ok I am a christian and even I don't get the connection of stupid cheap dollar store frogs with the bible. Other than that plgue thing I can not recall any other connection. Junk selling idiots!

The turn water into blood chemistry set sounds like a much cooler idea to me ;)
