Summertime, And The Crochet's Breezy

It is very warm. And when it's warm outside, I can't think of a better way to keep cool than to swaddle myself in luxurious, breezy, crocheted wool and parade about in the outdoors. Just like these ladies:


This saucy number not only celebrates the upcoming Bicentennial, it will set off some major fireworks!


How would you like to have a fire with that weenie roast? Maybe these ladies can toast your buns!


"Why don't you come over and I'll fix you a nice boiling cup of Lipton? It's going to be a scorcher today!"


"I can do ANYTHING in my power granny squares!!!!"


"We want you to come over to our orchard and check our apples for bruising."


And like that, thinking she was one of their kind with her misleading white romper suit, the feared box jellyfish took a chunk out of Miranda's leg.
