It was spring again...courtin' time. Bernice and Trevor sat under the flowering elm trees and discussed their futures. Trevor wanted kids...five hundred of them. Bernice, not so enamoured with the pitter patter of little feet, wanted cats...five hundred of them.
It wasn't much of a truce, but come August, when wedding bells pealed for the happy couple, they looked at each other and smiled, knowing they had come to the right conclusion. The packet of Amazing Sea Monkeys would surely bless the marriage.
