Meatpacking


I know that when I think about meat, I think inconvenience. There's all that chopping, and roasting, and braising, and tenderizing, and it's all kind of a yucky process. If only I could get my veal, lamb, beef and pork in a gel-forming can. I've wished for this my whole life. I am a skilled and resourceful meal planner, and I want CONGEALED MEAT! And I want it NOW! And I want my table protected by that Wilson label!
