Anne put the finishing touches on her Salmon Mousse puffs, as the crowd sat in rapt attention. Would this be the year? Would this be the moment that Anne brought victory?
Focus, Anne, focus, she thought, piping hot, slimy fish paste onto the delicate biscuits.
