Rocco the Clown had the ultimate plan and the right henchmen. There was Spunky the Hobo, Master of Disguise. He would distract the victim, while Hairless Hal did the dirty work, the chopping. Because of his absence of hair to incriminate him, he would leave no trace of his maniacal trail of terror. By chopping the victims' feet first, they could not run away. God, it was so perfect!
