Recipe: Melba Madness


1 can (8 oz) drained and diced peaches (reserve syrup)
1 pkg frozen raspberries (reserve syrup)
1 envelope lime gelatin
.5 cup heavy cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Add enough peach syrup to raspberry syrup to measure 1 and 1/4 cups. Sprinkle gelatin over syrup. Heat, stir constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Beat in cream and mayonnaise (!!!). Chill undil slightly thickened. Fold in peaches and nuts. Put into c-cup mould. Chill until set. Serve with green grapes.
