"Growing up in Hollywood it seemed like every kid was the child of some star. Mama was stricter: I had to wear this and I had to do that. She was really kind and loving, but I used to be so happy to go to my father's house. To the general public, show business may just mean the artistic part, but the dollar and cents element is the reality every performer has to face. I mean, I inherited the disease of alcoholism, and I learned early to get help when I needed it."
