I'm Going Off The Rails On A Crazy Train

Marvin and his trains....what was a mother to do? She couldn't get him out of his room half the time. It was always trains, trains, trains. Model building, obsessive research and attention to detail, perfect tiny replicas of the Conrail and Amtrak legacies. She wished he could find a nice girl, or at the very least go to a store other than the goddamn hobby shop. Was it all the glue fumes he'd been inhaling since the third grade? As she fantasized about the wonderful social life Marvin could be having, she reflected on the past thirty-six years and wondered where she erred as a mother.
