Suddenly Sandip found secret earthly stashes of morels, truffles, maitake, reishi, Agaricus blazei, Pleurotus eryngii, Ramaria araiospora, and the elusive "purple fingers" mushroom. All of these fungal treasures lay in the most obvious of spots...Bethesda Memorial Fountain, the giant rock, the Imagine Mosaic, and - most bountiful of all - the Boathouse public restrooms. Sandip was a star and made millions from his discoveries. the Food Network hosted a show about him, but could not persuade him to share his culinary discovery secrets! To celebrate his good fortune, Sandip bought himself a new sweater.
