Phyllis and her "Lunch Bunch" crew sure worked up an appetite during the beetroot harvest. They would stuff themselves silly with fresh borscht and then toil away until the twilight hours, fueled entirely by the beety soup and the heavenly taste of Willy Lee's moonshine.
